MSA Recognizes T.O.P.S. General
Contractor Award Winners
The Minnesota Subcontractors Association recognized Best Practices in the construction industry at its Annual T.O.P.S. Award Dinner on January 21, 2020. The event was attended by 235 Subcontractors, General Contractors and Construction Professionals. Individuals, companies and construction students were presented with awards and scholarships at the event. MSA members nominate and vote on large and small General Contractors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Construction Professionals. Winners are selected considering best practices using specific criteria including: contract terms and conditions; bidding practices, project safety and security; reasonable schedules, competent project managers, timely payment and others.
2020 Champions Award
MSA would not be celebrating over 25 years of growth without the dedication and distinguished service of key individuals.
Eight years ago we decided to recognize those individuals with a special award - our Champions Award.
Donna Gulden was presented this award in recognition of her outstanding achievements on behalf of MSA and the construction industry. As a tenacious subcontractor and past president, she represents MSA in frequent meetings with legislators and general contractors on indemnification, retainage, and other subcontractor issues. Her advocacy has created lasting improvements to the Minnesota construction industry, and her leadership and passion has enabled MSA to achieve our goal and be the voice of Minnesota's subcontractors. Donna, you have our sincere appreciation for exceptional service.
